This week I have lots of real world obligations that will keep me away from the practice room and my manuscript this week. My children have 2 separate music concerts. I have a gchat crit conference (YAY!). My class begins. I have my volunteer gig as part of the school spirit wear committee. And no school for the kiddos on Friday. When it rains it pours. I will be continuing my early morning unplugs because my days just don't go as well without those morning words and beyond that, I will fit in what I can. But as of right now your guess is as good as mine. I will update the schedule to the right as I know.
Also next weekend is President's Day weekend. It is a long one for us. I will not be around Friday and I will not be posting the next week's schedule until Monday the 21st.

When oh when will we write together?
Here's how the practice room works:
First of all, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
At the given date and time (weekly schedule posted below), meet at post 1. It appears 30 minutes in advance of the hour (barring unusual circumstances), giving us a chance to set our goals in the comments. Declare your goal. Work toward furthering your project; word counting, revision, or whatever it needs - you decide.
Post 2: WE ARE UNPLUGGED! announces our hour. During that time, we write! The rules: no procrastinations. Please feel free to make tea or stand on your head as needed.
When the time is up, Post 3 appears with a chat box and we will get a chance to converse, or you can comment old-style to tell us what you got done! We are dying to know!

Read about a typical first time here. I make the schedule every Sunday. It will remain up in the side bar until I post the next week's schedule (feel free to make requests for particular times in the comments - I take them into serious consideration). All additions will be noted in in the side bar. Come back and check it often. (The schedule times are listed in Eastern Time Zone but the blog posts in Central - Tina's time zone. Our visitors are from all over the map.)
Please email me with questions, comments, or just to introduce yourself! tina dot laurel at gmail dot com
Don't forget to sign the guestbook at the bottom of the page!
Good luck with your busy week, Tina!!!
ReplyDeleteNo TPR for me either...I have so much homework to do!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kelly. I hear you, J. There might not be anyone here to write anyway what with Amy moving and Krystey waiting on comments and Marisa having finished after her breakneck breakthrough.
ReplyDeleteOh man, so busy, T!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, yeah, my breakneck break through has slowed down a little, but I'm looking into when I can host this week. I have a LOT of housework to catch up on since I did close to none these last 4 days. Amazing how fast things pile up with 4 pets, a slobby hubs and two slobby kids...
They pile up too when the pages are flying from the fingers! Better to let those pages fly and catch up on the housework later. We know plenty well about the lean times...
ReplyDeleteSchedule PR times if they work for you. I will make them if I can!
There - I added some new times! I hope someone can make it to them with me!
